Contract Duration and Cancellation

The contract is based on a rolling 30-day period. To cancel the contract, a 30-day written notice is required. Upon receiving the notice, the service will continue for 30 days before termination.

Ownership of Website

The website created for your business will remain the property of Rank Local SEO. The website is provided as part of the service and will not be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

Domain Provision and Usage

A generic domain will be provided as part of the service, such as [service-in-city]. If you wish to use a domain with your company name (e.g., yourcompany.com), this can be purchased separately and integrated with the website at an additional cost.

Upfront Fees

There are no upfront fees for the website creation. All fees are based on the agreed monthly payment schedule, which starts once the website is live and functional.

Content and Updates

All content updates and modifications are included as part of the monthly service. Major redesigns or additional functionality beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional costs.

Website Deactivation

Upon termination of the contract, the website will be deactivated and removed from the provided domain unless the client purchases the website outright.

Third-Party Services

Any third-party services, such as additional plugins or premium themes, are not included in the standard package and will be charged separately if required.

Domain Ownership and Transfer

If a client chooses to use a purchased domain, the domain will be registered in the client's name and remains the property of the client. Rank Local SEO will assist with domain configuration but is not responsible for domain registration fees.

Responsibility for Content

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content for the website. Rank Local SEO reserves the right to refuse any content that is deemed inappropriate or illegal.

Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support and website maintenance are included in the monthly fee. This covers general troubleshooting, updates, and basic content changes.
